You will be updated if something serious happened, if we got something minor - so almost certainly we are aware and we fix it asap, the system is under 24/7 monitoring. - How and when I'll get paid? Payments are made 2 times per month on 5th and 20th via Webmoney, Paypal or Wire transfer. We pay with 2 weeks hold, thus on 5th you will get paid for 1-15 period and on 20th for 16-31 consequently. - Is it possible to get payment via Epese? Yes, you need to ask Epese support their WMZ purse and payment comment to carry the conversion. As far as we know the conversion is commission-free. - Do you pay upon request? Usually no, but in case of emergency we can make exceptions. - Why my payment is less than I earned on the payment period? Most likely it happened due to returns (refunds or chargebacks) on previous periods. |
